The Cavs startled a lot of people last week – and drew a round of boos from fans in Israel to the other coaches in the NBA – when they fired head coach David Blatt. But our sports commentator Terry Pluto says, in retrospect, the firing should have been expected. Terry, you say much of it comes down to culture shock. |
