For three decades, the question of John Demjanjuk's role at a Nazi death camp has played out in courts in in the U.S., Israel and Germany. Now a verdict is expected in Germany, while new defenses are arising in the U.S.

A Cleveland immigration attorney doubts a new effort to find flaws in the evidence against John Demjanjuk  will succeed.  As the war crimes trial of the now 91-year-old winds down in Germany, a federal public defender in Cleveland wants to make sure Demjanjuk was legally convicted here and stripped of his citizenship. WKSU’s Kevin Niedermier reports on the latest twists in a case dating back more than three decades. …..
