It's almost impossible to escape the continuing debate over Ohio's school funding situation. A new plan that aims to equalize education for all is in the pipeline. There's a lot riding on tonight's State of the Union speech, as Ohio companies and local officials wonder what magic the president will work with Congress to send money their way for new fuels and city projects. Don't forget to pack your passport for that winter trip to someplace sunny. Even if you're simply hopping the party bus north to one of Canada's casinos, if you leave that little blue book behind, you'll have to do a lot of explaining at the border, eh?
