Ohio Workers' Compensation Rules May Change to Benefit Employers

Lawmakers will soon consider a pair of bills that the sponsors hope will reform Ohio's workers' compensation system. But a lawyer who literally wrote the book on workers' comp in Ohio says reform isn't needed, and he'll stop it in whatever way he can.
