Nader Petition Gatherers Harrassed


Whether or not independent presidential candidate Ralph Nader's name appears on the Ohio ballot will be determined by the state Supreme Court. Commentator Amy Hanmer says Ohio should make it easer for third party candidates to get on the ballot, and stop harrassment of their supporters.
