President Bush tells employees in Euclid that Congress should allow off-shore drilling

President Bush told employees at an electric company in a Cleveland suburb yesterday that if Democratic leaders in Congress are serious about reducing gas prices, they'd allow for drilling off U.S. coastlines and in Alaska.
