Episcopal Church sues breakaway parishes over church property

The Cleveland-based Episcopal Diocese of Ohio has filed a lawsuit to determine who owns the property rights at five Northeast Ohio parishes that broke away in protest over the election of a gay bishop and other issues that have divided the denomination.
