The Cavs officially introduced John Beilein from the University of Michigan as their coach on Tuesday. His main goal will be to help develop this young team following next month’s draft. WKSU commentator Terry Pluto says all of the teams competing for an NBA title this year have done it by developing players. And that must be the Cavs new model, too.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have had a very rough season — they're the third worst team in the NBA. But recently, they have garnered a few wins. WKSU sports commentator Terry Pluto explained what changed and how it bodes well for the future.

The Cleveland Cavaliers start practice for the new season Tuesday, the first time in four years without star LeBron James.

The Cavs have signed all-star Kevin Love to a new four year contract, and that’s a sign they plan to get to the playoffs again.

A big trade could still happen but coach Ty Lue says team owner Dan Gilbert is motivated to win, not rebuild from scratch.

The Cavs in the post-LeBron James era are beginning to take shape.

The team has spent the summer developing its young prospects and is keeping a key piece of the 2016 championship team; Kevin Love is now under contract for the next five years.

WKSU commentator Terry Pluto says Love has always been the talk of trade rumors, and now he’s the face of the Cavs.

It’s a whole new look for the Cleveland Cavaliers as they begin training camp for the new season. One of the three pillars of the team, Kyrie Irving, is now a member of the Boston Celtics. But some new players bring their own talents.
