He is a Filipino American born and raised in Medina, Ohio with a strong passion for media representation and is dedicated to telling the stories of underrepresented communities in the greater Cleveland area.
Kramer graduated from Kent State University in 2014 where he served as the first minority general manager of TV2, Kent State's student-run TV station. He is an active member of the Asian American Journalists Association and the Filipino American Historical Society.
