Education: regionalism/cooperation still far off

Education will be a hot topic of presidential politics in 2008. Two northeastern Ohio superintendents say facing multiple challenges -- including levy failures, declining enrollments and changing state proficiency exams -- there's not a lot of regionalism happening.
