A week after
announcing Jane Fonda’s participation in events marking the 50th anniversary of the May 4th shootings, Kent State has announced that Joe Walsh and David Crosby will headline a benefit concert during events leading up to May 4th.

The concert is set for Saturday night May 2nd at 7 pm in the MAC center.

A conversation with documentary filmmaker Drew Perkins.
"An Answer from Akron" debuts Feb. 3 on PBS Western Reserve and will air several times during Black History Month.

Proceeds will support the newly created May 4th legacy scholarships. The four endowed scholarships, named after those killed May 4th, 1970--will be awarded to students majoring in Peace and Conflict studies at Kent.
