The Listener Survey Toolkit is organized into ten Chapters, each listed in the blue bar to the left of the screen. Each chapter is further divided into many different Sections, as outlined on the first page of each chapter.

To access a chapter or section, just click on the respective link heading either in the blue bar or on the first page of a chapter.

Links at the bottom of each section will allow you to move forward and back within the Toolkit, as well as directly to the Table of Contents for that chapter and to the Toolkit home page.

Chapter 10 contains many examples of actual questions that can be used to generate ideas for your station's survey, and to demonstrate the wide variety of information that can be obtained through survey research.

The text of Chapters 1 through 9, and the survey questions in Chapter 10, can each be downloaded below in either WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, or Adobe Acrobat PDF formats for reading off-line & printing.
