Station Service and Support for the Listener Survey Toolkit

No document could possibly answer each and every question about survey research. So, as part of the grant from CPB that funded the preparation of this Toolkit, Market Trends Research will provide several support services to stations, at no charge, for all of 1998.

Under this agreement, Market Trends will assist stations with:

  • Examining and commenting on drafts of surveys that stations have developed by using Toolkit materials
  • Answering questions about the concepts presented in the Toolkit, such as sample size, standard error, and interpreting results
Call or e-mail with your questions! Stations are also encouraged to send or fax a copy of their survey and its results to Market Trends, regardless of whether you contact us in advance for assistance. Contact:
