In addition to your current database of members and lapsed members, if you want to reach out further, where can you get names for listener surveys? There are many list companies that sell addresses and phone numbers. These can be chosen by zip code, age, education level, or by combinations of many other variables. You might also exchange names with other arts and cultural organizations in your community. Perhaps your station has collected names of listeners through special events, contests, or participation in activities like the Public Radio Music Source. These also can be used to gather names for listener surveys.
