About three-dozen Donald Trump supporters gathered just south of FirstEnergy Stadium yesterday to stage a counter-protest to NFL players kneeling for the National Anthem.

The rally, organized by the group Ohio Citizens For Trump, took place in Fort Huntington Park before the game. Charlie Calanni from Cleveland was among the protestors, and says politics should be left out of the NFL.

Study Finds Retired NFL Players Have Enlarged Aortas

A new study from the Cleveland Clinic finds that a group of retired NFL players has aortas that are larger than a non-athletic control group.

Dermot Phelan, the director of the sports cardiology department at the Cleveland Clinic, says this is the first time any professional athlete has been associated with an enlarged aorta.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton is now a nationally accredited museum.  It’s the first major sports hall of fame to hold that designation. 

Like the Smithsonian or the Ohio History Center in Columbus the Pro Football Hall of Fame is now on the register of the American Alliance of Museums
