About PICIS:

The Public Internet Consumer Insight Study is public radio'sfirst industry-widestudy about our audience's attitudes towards our presence online. Through a focus group study and a quantitative survey, we hope to better understand our listeners' wants and needs and how we can best serve them on the Internet. This will help facilitate better product creation and resource allocation of our precious resources toward online ventures.
