PICIS for the PRPD (September 2001)
We had planned on presenting some final information on the PICIS project at the annual PRPD conference in Baltimore before it was cancelled. Below are the materials as Peter and I had prepared them. The presentation offers an overview of our final findings on station web content, e-mial newsletters, advertising, e-commerce, and security and privacy issues.

Surveys are in the field! (March 2001)
The first of the two PICIS surveys (concentrating on content, station positioning, and membership) has just wrapped up its time in the field. We received more than 1400 responses.
