James stopped by our studio to record this with Craig Adams minding the knobs. On the show he tells us the very personal connection he has with this song.
James was a history major, and it shows in his songs. He writes anthems to World War II battles, the heroes on a sinking freighter, and to the constellation Orion. He won the Juno award (the Canadian Grammy) recently. He tours the whole world, loves playing in Australia and Europe, and does so for the opportunity to see where people come from, to draw inspiration from them in their own setting.
