Sara's daughter is jealous because mom stole her toys! Yes, Sara plays the accompaniment to "Frosty" entirely on her daughter's toy instruments. On the show she tells us which ones in a phone call she made to producer Joe Gunderman. Sara also sings all the parts! At the same time? We wouldn't put it past her.
The irrepressible (and who'd want to?) Sara comes on positive and strong in concert, and in person. This bundle of energy has been a fixture on the Austin music scene for many years. Her reach has been national for a decade now with albums on Electra, Discovery, and recently Shanachie. Her stylistic range is dazzling, as is her vocal range. She's no slouch with the ol' six string, either. And Sara gives even more than she gets. She is very active with benefits for the poor in Romania, the homeless here, and a number of other causes.
