From Genoa, Italy, Beppe became enamored with American folk music at age 11 when he heard a Doc Watson recording. But how to learn to play it? He taught himself by ear! After playing in several bluegrass groups, and performing and recording with Tony Trischka, his attention was drawn back to Italian music. And he not only cooks on guitar, but in the kitchen! You WANT to be around when this man gets culinary. He even has published his recipes in a book: "Beppe Cooks!"
