A retired appeals court judge has accused two incumbent candidates of improperly accepting campaign donations.

An accusation of improperly accepting campaign donations was one highlight of a forum today with four out of the six candidates for the Ohio Supreme Court. Sponsored by two groups of conservative lawyers, the session was billed as a look into the candidates’ judicial philosophy.But, as statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, the charge, and then a counter-charge stole the show.
