In The Region: 6:36 p.m.: A federal jury has just convicted Tim Durham of all counts of fraud tied to the collapse of Akron-based Fair Finance.
The judge in the Indianapolis courtroom is still sorting through the verdicts for Durham’s two co-defendants.
Durham and the other two are accused of looting the decades-old company, and bilking more than 5,000 Ohio investors of more than $200 million.
Their lawyers blame the bad economy. |
