The teenage suspect in the Chardon High School shooting will be in court again next month to determine whether he will be tried as an adult. Seventeen year old T.J. Lane appeared in Geauga County Juvenile court today (Monday), where judge Timothy Grendell said an evaluation has been completed to determine whether Lane is fit to stand trial, and the results will be discussed at a hearing May 2nd. Lane is accused of firing shots in the high school cafeteria in February, killing three students and injuring two.

News-Herald reporter Tracey Read says Lane appeared emotionless at the hearing.
