Cincinnati casino collapse
second case for Craigslist killings suspect postponed
LeBron James "less-than-thrilled" with Heat
At least 11 people have been taken to hospitals with minor injuries from a partial collapse at the Cincinnati casino around 8 this morning.
Rock Gaming, one of the developers, says in a statement that a floor collapsed as concrete was being poured.
Police spokesman Lt. Maurice Robinson says a 30 foot by 50 foot section of floor went down.
Messer Construction Co. of Cincinnati says it's trying to learn more about what happened.  And roads around the casino have been closed by police.
Last month, a 60 by 60 section of a garage at the Cleveland casino collapsed, also during a concrete pour. OSHA spokesman Scott Allen says the investigation into the Cleveland collapse is ongoing, and OSHA will not comment until it’s complete.  That could take up to six months.  No one was injured in the collapse at Cleveland's Horseshoe casino.

Summit County prosecutors have postponed an unrelated prostitution case against the Criagslist killings suspect.  Richard Beasley, a 52-year-old self-styled chaplain from Akron, has pleaded not guilty to prostitution and, separately, to aggravated murder in the Craigslist slayings of three men and the wounding of a fourth.  Police say a halfway house run by Beasley was a front for prostitution.

In sports, the Cavs host the New Jersey Nets tonight, then head to Boston to play the Celtics on Sunday. And LeBron James says he is -- quote -- “less-than-thrilled with certain aspects of the Heat organization,” and may opt out of his contract in 2014 if Pat Riley remains president of the organization.Fox Sports Ohio reports that if James does take free agency in two years, he’d have his eyes on returning to the Cavs.

And with 10 weeks till opening day, the Cleveland Indians are already on the road, appearing at Summit Mall tomorrow and Beachwood Place on Sunday for "Tribe On Tour" meet and greets. The Indians have also placed Fausto Carmona on the restricted list Thursday, meaning the club doesn't have to pay the righty unless he rejoins the Major League team.
