| Ohio tea party activists who are trying to exempt Ohio from mandates in the new federal health insurance reform law today won an important procedural victory in the state supreme court. As statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, the ruling may make it easier for the activists to put their plan onto the November ballot. |
