Kenneth Biros will be first Ohio inmate executed with state's new lethal injection process

by WKSU'S STATEHOUSE CORRESPONDENT JO INGLES
Ohio plans to execute Northeast Ohio inmate Kenneth Biros next week in Lucasville using a new lethal injection protocol for the first time. While media outlets across the state will likely cover the story, few Ohioans will witness the execution. And as Statehouse correspondent Jo Ingles reports, even fewer Ohioans will witness the events leading up to it.
