Northeast Ohio school issue wins after all

The official tally of the Nov. 3 election has turned a losing northeast Ohio school issue into a winner.
Euclid schools' $40.3 million construction bond issue won by 75 votes. On election night, it appeared to have lost by 44 votes, but that didn't include some provisional and absentee ballots. The money will be used to build four new elementary schools.
