| Another Northeast Ohio Marine has died in Afghanistan...the third in 2 months. Lance Corporal David Baker of Lake County was killed by a roadside bomb Tuesday in Helmand province. Baker was scheduled to finish his tour of duty and return home before Christmas. He joined the Marines after graduating from Riverside High School in Painesville in 2006. WKSU's Kevin Niedermier spoke with Bakers' recruiter...and with some veterans who've fought in this decades' wars in the Middle East. |
