Environment Wednesday, September 9, 2009 Environmentalists challenging state AG's ruling in Lake Erie beach case State appeals court recently ruled that public does not have rights to Lake Erie shoreline by WKSU's STATEHOUSE CORRESPONDENT BILL COHEN |
 Reporter Bill Cohen | | |

Now, through, a state appeals court has declared that the A.G. doesn't have the legal standing to be involved in this dispute and the current Attorney General has yet to signal whether he even wants to be involved. That's making the "green" activists see red. |
