AG Richard Cordray sues Cleveland area foreclosure rescue company for fraud
Two other Ohio companies also named in suit

Ohio's attorney general has filed a lawsuit against three Ohio companies in his ongoing efforts to rid the state of foreclosure rescue scams. AG Richard Cordray explains how he's taking action against companies that he says are preying on homeowners who are struggling to pay their mortgages.

The three companies being sued by the state are 21st Century Legal Services in the Columbus area, Foreclosure Home Assistance in the Cleveland area, and Financial Emergency in southwest Ohio.
