Ohio House okays foreclosure moratorium

| Thousands of Ohio home owners who are facing foreclosure could get a six-month reprieve, if Democrats who control the Ohio House of Representatives get their way. After a spirited debate today, the Democrats outvoted Republicans and got the House to approve a proposal for a six-month moratorium on some foreclosures. |
