Michigan land bank offers a glimpse of what Cuyahoga County
can expect

When Cuyahoga County kicks off it's land bank, the foreclosure crisis will not disappear. But abandoned properties will be more of an asset. That's according to the head of a similar program operating in Genesee County, Michigan for the last 6 years.
