Ohio house to vote on land bank bill

WKSU's Kevin Niedermier reports
Some relief could be coming for Cuyahoga County's vacant property problem. Ohio lawmakers are set to vote this week on the county's land bank legislation. Backers say, with dwindling state and federal help, they need the land bank to fight vacant property woes.
