New annual census report on housing and poverty.

Median household income in Canton declined by nearly 21 percent since 1999.

A new Census report shows that residents of small towns and medium sized cities throughout Northeast Ohio were hurting financially even before the current economic crisis. The new figures show a double-digit decline in household incomes in many communities.
