16th district Congressional race

WKSU's Amanda Rabinowitz reports
One of the most closely watched Congressional races in the country is tied up. John Boccieri and Kirk Schuring are vying to replace Ralph Regula in the 16th district. And though the vote count is early, they may bode well for the district to move Democratic.
