Reclaim the Dream forum hopes to solve problems facing Northeast Ohio's middle class
WKSU's Amanda Rabinowitz reports
Reporter Amanda Rabinowitz
A community forum held at the University of Akron last night hopes to be a step toward helping Northeast Ohio's middle class find ways to deal with the changing economy. Reclaim the Dream evolved from a series of Akron Beacon Journal to document the pressures on the middle class in the last year. Last night's forum brought together residents featured in the articles, along with community members and officials working together to find solutions.Click to ListenOther options: Realplayer / Windows Media / MP3 Download(3:36)
I thought the forum was a joke. Everyone knows that the economy is terrible everywhere. All the forum did was tell everyone that attended that they sucker kids in every year for thousands of dollars for an education that is worthless in todays economy. College kids just out of school owing thousands of dollars back in school loans is a joke. If every city would allow the kids to attend for free it would solve alot of issues.
