Cleveland schools look to existing programs for safety help

Next Friday marks the first anniversary of Cleveland's Success Tech shooting. Last October a troubled 14-year old student smuggled a gun into the school and wounded two teachers and two students before killing himself. Since then, the Cleveland Public School District has been working to improve safety, and to better identify and help troubled students. Tomorrow the district is holding a conference to discuss the role youth that development programs play in school safety...
