| Three of them you've heard on WKSU before "Chuck Klosterman, whose newest book is a novel called Downtown Owl, makes regular appearances on This American Life. David Giffels, author of "All the Way Home," is an occasional contributor to WKSU, and Eric Nuzum, author of a study of all things vampire called "The Dead Travel Fast" is a former program director at WKSU. The fourth is sports writer Michael Weinreb whose book "Kings of New York" follows a high school chess team. Klosterman, Giffels, and Weinreb all worked at one point for the Beacon Journal. All four of them are friends and their latest books have all received national attention. Much to their surprise . . |
