Ohio Governor Ted Strickland has declared a state of emergency, following the battering that Ohio received from the remnants of Hurricane Ike Sunday night. Meanwhile, many Ohioans are going without electricity, and the outages may continue for days. WKSU's statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports:
