Les Paul to be honored at Cleveland's Rock Hall

Musician and inventor will be feted as part of the annual American Music Masters series.

WKSU's Tom Parkinson reports
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland is paying tribute to the "Father of the Electric Guitar" this fall. 93-year-old Les Paul will be honored at the 13th annual American Music Masters series, a weeklong event that begins Nov. 10. A lineup is being assembled for a tribute concert November 15th at Cleveland's State Theater. Paul invented the modern electric guitar and pioneered many innovations in multi-track recording technology. He was inducted into the early influence category at the Rock Hall in 1988.
