Regulators seeking input on Dominion rate hike plan

State regulators are holding a series of public meetings this week and next to give residential customers the chance to voice their opinions on a rate increase proposed by Dominion East Ohio Gas Company. The utility says it needs more money to pay to deliver natural gas to residents' homes. But the state's consumer watchdog says the increase isn't needed.
