Ohio's congressional dean says presidential race likely will rest on the economy

For a few more months, Ralph Regula will be the second-most senior Republican in the House of Representatives, the dean of the Ohio delegation and the congressman who champions the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We caught up with him in the park last week and got some of his thoughts on the politics and presidents.
