One man's odyssey through the Odyssey

Tuesday, April 15, 2008

A new book by a former Clevelander and frequent NPR contributor has an ironic message for a travelogue: it's better to just stay home. No Man's Lands, One Man's Odyssey through the Odyssey is Scott Huler's memoir of the six months he spent retracing the steps of Ulysses, the traveling hero of Homer's epic poem. He spoke with us about his motivation for the trip.
