Cuyahoga County's Medical Mart deal is receiving positive reviews

The convention center deal between Cuyahoga County and Merchandise Mart Properties Inc. is getting some positive reviews from development experts. Under the agreement, the county will loan the company about $400-million from bond sales to build and operate a new convention center. Merchandise Mart will also build an attached medical equipment exhibit hall to help attract convention business.
