Government Wednesday, March 19, 2008 Ohioans remain deeply divided over the War in Iraq The University of Akron Buckeye Poll measured Ohioans' opinions on the war, the economy, jobs and other issues. by WKSU's M.L. SCHULTZE |
 News Director M.L. Schultze | | |
| A recent poll by the University of Akron shows Ohio remains sharply divided over the war in Iraq ... whether it should have happened, how it has been conducted and how it should end. Personifying many of those conflicts is Peggy Buryj, the mother of a Canton soldier killed in the early days of the war. She hates the war, and supports it. She's proud of her son, but still trying to figure out why the military lied about the circumstances of his death.
