Cleveland is one of about two dozen northeastern Ohio communities that will decide this month whether it wants to sign a 50-year contract to help pay for a new coal-fired power plan in southern Ohio. The debate already played out this week in Oberlin, which became the third city in the state to opt out of the 2.9-billion dollar project before the March 1st deadline. WKSU's Karen Schaefer reports:
