Lake Erie property rights dispute continues

Tuesday, January 8, 2008

That dispute over who owns the strip of land along the Lake Erie shore is continuing to boil in the courts. And two Democrats - the governor and the attorney general - continue to take different stands on the issue.

Listener Comments:

It is unbelievable how Senator Grendell can stand up in public and spout such nonsence, pretending to represent the rights of private property owners. He is so tied in with the Lake Front group, and spins his jargon to appear as if he is protecting private property rights. He is interested in one thing only- representing the claims of lake front property owners. I gotta wonder, does he own lakefront property? Ohio citizens Beware!-He plans to make a bid for Ohio Attorney General. The only thing giving the public any hope of salvation currently is the outstanding efforts of current attorney general Marc Dann.
How can anyone buy the load of crap Grendell is pushing? How can he have any credibility? It's time the public stands up and exposes him for what he really stands for.
