| A sore spot between the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation in New York and its Rock Hall and Museum in Cleveland has been soothed. Today, Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson announced the Rock Hall induction ceremony will be in Cleveland in 2009, and every three years after that.
