Ohio Mortgage Crisis Not Over, Despite Leveling Off of Foreclosure Rates

A new report by the Mortgage Bankers Association shows the rate of home foreclosures and delinquent payments in Ohio " while still high - may be leveling off. But state officials say it's unlikely that Ohio's mortgage crisis is coming to an end.
