Progress in Cleveland's School
Rebuilding Program Questioned

| The Cleveland school district will need less classroom space. That's not disputed as the shrinking city school system moves forward with its construction and renovation program. But disagreement continues between city and state officials on where the jointly funded rebuilding project stands.
